Food served lunchtimes only. The beer is good and there are some good amateur rock bands on a Friday night. Sometimes we get Metal. Give the place a look on Friday night or any time.

Popped in for a drink for the first & last time rude barmaid didn't smile say hello or anything or even acknowledge me whilst stood waiting at the bar even tho it was quiet & the pub smelt like damp dog even tho there wasn't any dogs in there.

Popped into the pub for a drink with a very good friend. We were pleasantly suprised to see they had live music on. Forged were the live band and they were excellent. But they had to call off their gig halfway through because the venue refused to pay them. The management need to take a serious look at themselves. Go and see Forged at another venue and you won't be disappointed.
