I went to this club tonight to celebrate a birthday party- i've been there for the first time, and for the last- . I've had my school bag with me because i was working so i could not get home. So obviously i wanted to put my bag in to a safe place but the girl who was working there was really rude. My laptop was in my bag and after i gave that to her she simply throw that on the floor for purpose probably because she did not like that i was asking for a separeted place for my bag..she also rolled her eyes on me when i was asking for my money back. Then i called their manager, and instead of dealing with this girl,he just offered me a free drink and that's it. Horrible customer service...at the bar was the same.. For teenagers it's okay, but it is the worst pub i have ever been to in Aberdeen...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Never been spoken to so rudely. Spoke to a member of management last night after my friend was denied entry and I was laughed at when I tried to make a complaint. The door staff and this member of management also lied and said I was verbally abusive even though I was not. Completely childish and sarcastic the way they deal with customer complaints and they even threatened to come into my place of work and verbally abuse me. Unprofessional, childish men on some kind of power trip because they work on the doors of a nightclub. Won't be coming back

I used to go to underground all the time. But haven't been in town in over a year but decided to go out last night for a change. Was okay when we got there. Paid 5 to get in night started off okay then wasn't even there an hour and had a member of staff shove her hand in my face when only wanted to ask her a question. Then by the same member of staff be shoved god knows how many times even tho was just standing trying to mind my own business. So rude and disrespectful don't know how anyone like that should have a job! Well put a a downer on my thought of this club! I would give 0 out of 5 stars if i could!

Bouncers falsely accused a member of our party of jumping the queue when everyone around us pushed in. Bouncers too stubborn to listen to 20 people’s denials. Bad club, bad staff, don’t bother spending money here!
