So disgusted with this place i tried today. Don't even want to give it 1 star. The customer service is very poor. The way the receptionist talks to you is like he just wants to make money off you. He is fake and made up a price on the spot which was a rip off!! People recommended me going here and so i thought i give it a try. I got wheel alignment which was fine but also needed a wheel nut removed which had snapped in half. They were so dramatic about it straight away quoting me £20-£50 depending on how much "effort" was needed. I was happy with £20 as i felt its reasonable. In the process they DAMAGED MY WHEEL without taping it off first which i told them to do in the first place! After he taped it he then heated the nut to get it off. I said be reasonable with the price you've jumped straight to £50 but he was so rude he did not want to know he said its £50 as soon as the heater comes out. He even said 'we don't work for free you know'. I said negotiate even £30 is a lot but i will pay. £50 is ridiculous. He left me with no choice so i paid and left in anger. Beware! Also i over heard the worker saying to the same receptionist 'tell him to F off' as i stood watching them work on my car and he laughed it off. Worker and receptionist are both disrespectful and rude. Bad points: long waiting time, bad vibe in workshop/waiting area, rude staff and a rip off. Good points: nothing Will never be going back and will not recommend to anyone!

Second to none! Stop looking you won't find anyone better. Customer service is outstanding; friendly helpful and honest. Prices are great. I travel half hour plus to use these guys and will continue to do so. Another customer for life.

I bought a package of 22” wheels, tyres, new wheel nuts and having the alignment done at this place so I spent a fair bit of money that day. Driving away after they were closing I noticed I had violent steering wheel shake. Took it to a friend who is a mechanic and owns his own garage and had it checked out on one of his expensive balancing machines. Turns out the tyres were not round causing the violent shaking. Take into account that these boys balanced the wheels before fitting also. I spoke to them about the tyres nd was told I had to buy a new set and the faulty ones would be sent to the manufacturer and if faulty I would receive a part refund based on how much use and wear on the tread the faulty tyres had acquired. These guys are not interested in looking after you after they have made a sale and I believe I was sold faulty tyres knowingly to get the sale and out of their shop.
