Nice place, good modern feel, very friendly staff, easy parking, beautiful area, food on offer had great variety. The only issue for me was with the fillet, cooked great and the meat itself looked good but it was drowned in a blue cheese and mushroom sauce, it was so overbearing that it was all I could taste, I recommend asking for it in a small sauce boat.
We had a lovely lazy lunch here on Sunday. The food was delicious, as was the bitter. Will definitely return.
Booked a table at very short notice whilst on a long walk and knowing nothing about the place. Turned up to find we had fallen on our feet with our choice. Warmly greeted straight away, offered a seat whilst our table readied and drinks brought to our table. Decor is individual, different and creates a real pleasing and relaxing atmosphere. Serving staff were excellent, friendly and obliging with all requests...and then the food! Amazing - well presented, good portions - proper wholesome food. A really good experience and would love to return.
Based on our first visit a few weeks ago, we chose the Two Brewers for Mothers' Day lunch. As before, the staff were friendly, attentive and courteous and the three course lunch was excellent. Although full, the pub didn't seem crowded or noisy. A very relaxed and enjoyable experience was had by all! Highly recommended.
The friendly staff are chatty and veru welcoming. Perfect village pub. Would recommend booking for food as it is quite small. I ordered the squid, duck and ice cream and loved every bit of the meal. We will definitely be back again soon!
We had a first rate dinner here on a Saturday evening. As we hadn't booked we had to wait for a table but we were pleased that we chose to wait. Nice atmosphere, excellent food with a wide choice - including lots of fish - and friendly and attentive service. Couldn't fault anything and we would definitely return. Will recommend to family who live nearby! Worth booking.
Went for Sunday lunch, what a great experience. The pub is quirkily yet tastefully decorated which enhanced our dining experience. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. Service was timely and the food was excellent; the best Sunday lunch we've had in a very long time. We will definitely return.
We came here during our Sunday walk around Lullington. We hadn't booked and had to wait for a bit but that wasn't a problem at all, as the friendly staff seated us by a cosy fireplace with drinks straight away! The food was incredible... We had the roasted beetroot starter, chicken roast & beef roast, and finished with the salted brownie. We were stuffed but finished every last bite anyway. Best roast I've ever had. Super nice and attentive staff as well and a relaxed, cosy atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a late Sunday lunch!
Good location, just on the way during our hiking from Otford to Eynsford. Nice community atmosphere, family run, good services. Highly recommend the roast smoked garlic starter, tender and flavourful, go well with the bread. We had to wait for quite a while between drinks and any food but considering we were not in a hurry so not a big issue. For main, we chose safely on chicken pie and sweet potato soup, turned out very fresh and tasteful just what we expected from a local pub.
I usually visit once a week and it never disappoints. Every dish I've tried has been first rate, the atmosphere cosy and staff always warm and friendly. In short it's one of the best pub/restaurants in kent.
