Had a nice sunday dinner with my partner and our two toddlers. Enjoyed the roast turkey dinner immensely. Was a huge plate with all the fixings and I was good and full when I left. My partner and daughters also enjoyed their meal. Nice wine as well.
Staff were very slow to come over at every opportunity from seating, taking orders and paying the bill. Food was good at a fair price. Ordered desert too which looks far exceeded the taste unfortunately. Wouldn't visit again.
Nice place for coffee, drinks or a meal. Plenty of seating, dog friendly garden to the side. Excellent location at the heart of Balloch. Good bar and restaurant menus.
Popped by for a Sunday roast, really enjoyed it. Slightly disappointed there was no chicken option for the roast but the nut/ beef we had was nice. There was also no grill or pasta options and some sides unavailable which again was slightly disappointing. Would recommend though
Good Friendly place, we stayed for 2 Nights. Very Covid Friendly, easy ordering on App for drinks and food. Monday to Wed offer on food in Sept. Very good. Excellent location, oh and awsum Scottish Breakfast.
Convenient central location, close to the station and cruise teminal. The food was OK, nothing special or memorable. Restaurant staff are attentive, but not so the kitchen staff. I've found blue plastic in my food and was offered a discount as an apology, but this wasn't reflected on the bill.
Food was ok. Veges seemed to be from frozen. Nice decor and setting though
Stopped in for a quick drink in the beer garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was quick a d efficient and the pub was very modern/ clean and bright. Felt very covid secure with the measures they have in place
Politeness costs nothing but lack of it can loose you business. Our intention had been to have a couple of drinks and a nice meal but haven been spoken to rudely by two members of staff we decided to leave without ordering and will not return
Overnight stay and meal. Felt very safe re covid as friendly staff following rules/prompting customers to do likewise. Building set up well to accommodate restrictions. Food ok, Rooms spotless and fairly comfortable.
