We went for the bottomless brunch a month ago and it was good and the speed we got the drinks was excellent. However I was really disappointed in the lack of vegetarian options and I thought my waffle and fruit was pretty dismal with only one strawberry on it. The cocktails tasted good but given that none of us felt even slightly drunk after couldn’t have had much alcohol in.
As an American, all I can say is AVOID. Is another disappointing place that slaps an American flag up and claims is American food. Good music and decor. Drinks were ok - staff did not know how to mix any of the drinks on the menu and couldn’t make anything not on the menu. There were 4 bar staff, but only one guy trying to serve all meals. Very poorly organised and run. Granted it was a Saturday visit we pre-booked a table for 7:15 & were required to preorder our meals. Got there it was empty, but the restaurant was chaos. There was a member of staff laid in our booth that another staff member had to chivvy out so we could sit. They didn’t seem to know we’d preordered - waited over an hour for our food which once it was delivered was all below subpar. The waffles were the prepackaged sugar Belgian waffles. The bacon was slimy and still breathing, egg overcooked, cheap Richmond sausage, and all of it covered in chip seasoning. The menu states it comes with butter and maple syrup, but they said they hadn’t ordered any when they did their food order. There’s a Tesco across the road My companions meals were all overcooked and well over salted. I mean, peeling the breading off the chicken strips and the chicken was still salty… I mean, I know America’s a hot mess right now, but serving a cremated ‘American dream’ meal is a bit of overkill. We were offered a discount and a free round of drinks. No amount of alcohol can make up for that salty burnt atrocity and the discount was an insult. Just paid and left as soon as possible. Think we’ll return? No thanks.
Not the best Games booth wasn’t working and didn’t tell us when I specifically asked in booking so we could have gone somewhere else. Ran out of wings by 8.15pm… criminal offence really…!!! Service was slow but that’s probably because it’s a Saturday. Drinks ok, cocktails we had was quiet nice. Food was not great . My wife’s Nashville burger looked dry and wasn’t the best but probably better than my ribs which were overcooked. Wouldn’t go here again.
We had pre-ordered our food and our table was booked for 7.15pm, we still hadn't got our food an hour and 15 minutes later even though we kept asking how long it was going to be there was just excuses. When we said if it does not come in next 10 minutes we were leaving, it miraculously arrived at the table. What they served was a dogs dinner , the amercan dream was far from it.. first mouthful was just pure grissle ..why would u serve it, horrific. Put me off rest of the food, everything was far to salty . The waffles that were supposed to be served with butter and maple syrup were not because they had ran out yet there is a supermarket over the road. You could tell it had just been sat on a hot plate keeping warm for a while, and a lot of it was just burnt. We got a discount and we were offered a free round of drinks but no-one came to ask what we would like so we left after paying. There was another large party of diners booked in at the same time but the kitchen couldn't cope with that amount of food orders at the same time so why allow booking and pre-ordering if it wasn't prepared for when you arrive at your tables. All in all a not very pleasent experience and we would not recommend
Went for a bottomless brunch and the service was excellent, I would recommend adding more drinks to the menu for more choices.Food: 5/5
Really impressed. Food was good, waiter came round every 10 minutes to ask if we wanted anymore drinks. Good music and sports on, a rowdy hen group in but to be expected with a bottomless brunch! Overall a very well priced Bottomless brunch and one of the few not to charge for cocktails you'd actually usually order. Would defo recommend.
Amazing food, visited today for my step dads birthday, one of the best burgers I've had for a while, everything was freshly cooked and tasted fantastic and the price was very reasonable. Music was a bit loud but we asked the manager to turn it down and he did. So thanks for a great experience and we'll be back soon!
Cracking venue, we went early doors..Fabulous staff who's customer service levels were second to none, door staff friendly too. Menu spot on and great value, huge portions. We loved the vibe and music played. Also found the cute games room downstairs that can be hired out for small parties we will be back.
Nice place in west street, you can play games as well on different consoles, cocktails and beers, recommended
Went in for a quick drink and it is actually a nice bar. The games room downstairs is also good would go back
