We came here every day for three days to have food and drinks. Nothing to complain about from what we experienced. Food was delicious, hot and plentiful. Drinks are cheap and all served with a friendly smile. If you’re expecting posh dining then maybe go somewhere else. But when you choose to eat in Wetherspoons you should know to expect decent food and drinks at fantastic prices.
We were visiting St Annes from the U.S. and our English relatives recommended eating in JD Wetherspoon Restaurants for good food and drinks & economical. We are a family of 8 and sounded good. This restaurant/bar is spacious and had outdoor seating. The menu was extensive and great for families. It had daily specials. It is definitely a great value and the food & drinks were good.
Went today for lunch with a friend. I was looking forward to pizza and my friend wanted a salad. They didn’t have any pizzas, salads, burgers or peas. I ended up ordering fish and chips which was extremely disappointing. There was hardly any fish in between the batter. The service was a bit haphazard, depending on who you were fortunate enough to be served by. I also saw 3 tables complaining about the food. I am usually a fan of Wetherspoons but this experience has changed that
Spoons #80 on my questnAn interesting pub just off the main road in Lytham down the road from the pier, very nice road side appeal the only negative as with most pubs…. Having to run the gauntlet of smokers to get in!nFriendly staff and nice atmosphere when inside, it was busy and service was swift once the order was placed on the app.nThe small plate sharer was more expensive than London prices. Food was nice. Apple crumble was good.
