We have been a member of worldchoice now for over 18 years, we have always had top class service from these guys. Would highly recommend to any travel agency looking for guidance.
This company is a disgrace it keeps promising you every thing is fine strings you along for months then cuts you off so you have to start from the beginning I’ve been trying for two years to get a refund they owe me jame Warne is the last person to let me down lam going down there and glueing my self to reception as a last resort
They don’t deserve even 0.1 star. Total scam artists!! They’ve treated Alpharooms customers so poorly!! It’s approaching 3 years and I still haven’t received a refund. The TTA who are supposed to be the so called “insurance” company are a total fraud aswell, trying to avoid paying back the refund and giving time frames they never stick to. On top of that their staff has the audacity to be rude. Complete LIARS all of them, I’m not shocked since they’re all linked. If you are still owed a refund due to covid and your holiday or accommodation had to be cancelled or the TTA is supposed to refund you, like this review. Let’s all gather together and go to their office in London to demand a refund face to face. We’ll see if they can avoid us then. Absolute THIEVES.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked our honeymoon through Questor Travel pre-covid 2 years in advance in order to gain a luxury holiday for a cheaper price. Supposedly staying at Sandals Royal Barbados. Any how Questor Travel went into liquidation and was passed through to this company. Our holiday was due for final payment 01/05/2022 - flying in July 2022. I attempted to call the office every day from the first, it just rang and no answer, I left a voicemail, no one returned my calls. I emailed, no answer. A few days of no answer I finally got a answer, but the man on the phone wasn’t any help as he said the people who would deal with this arnt available and would return my call… my call was never returned. Again calling another day the same man answered and said that the staff were on lunch and I would get a call by the end of the day.. no call returned. Another telephone call answered by the same man, informed me that the person dealing with my holiday is off sick, this is why there is a delay, and a colleague would be in touch. It is now the 20th of May and our honeymoon has been terminated due to not paying the final balance - even with my multiple attempts to pay. So now we have lost our deposit through no fault of our own and lost our dream honeymoon. I have emailed to register a formal complaint today.
I booked this holiday in 2019 with Teletext and paid in 2020. I now need to cancel the holiday due to a heart related condition See attached . I am due to fly this coming Monday the 25th April I have checked in online and packed my suitcases as this is something that was not expected. All I need is for the company to do a simple thing and that is to issue me with a tour operator's cancellation invoice for the £2259.44 that I paid to Teletext holidays, so I can pass this onto AXA insurance. I dont need a refund I have sent over 50 emails and made 4 phone calls, for something that any other travel company would find a simple task
Have tried to resolve a holiday passed onto TTA from teletext for over 2 months. Emails sent have a generic response and calling direct has always ended in being cut off after being on hold for a lengthy period. Customer service is absolutely without doubt the worst I have ever experienced.
Have e-mailed them 3 times with no reply. Bad customer services as I am owed a lot of money from a cruise. I am still waiting for my money they said they would pay it within 10 working days but no money took legal advice now.
Been trying to get a refund for several weeks, due to a previous company going under. The booking support at The travel net work have been less than helpful. I've given up all hope of ever receiving a refund. MISS HAYLEY MILLS
They took on our booking when the previous company stopped trading. Made us pay for services we didn't need and then took 3 months to refund us what they owed us and just didn't seem bothered. Just awful with horrendous customer service. I would certainly not recommend if you want hassle free dealings.
I booked with Alpharooms that were protected under The Travel Network Group. Alpharooms have gone into liquidation but The Travel Network Group are refusing to refund me. And as with the majority of business’ now, you cannot speak to anybody about the matter. Automated phone messages with email addresses that you email but nobody replies to. They are supposed to be an ‘insurance’ company yet when things go wrong they do not honour their contract.
