A mental health detention centre with no exercise space or natural windows. Staff trained to chemically kosh patients with Valium in the name of " safety ". Cruel , creepy horrible dimlit place .CGC should be ashamed of itself
The receptionist hanged up on me after I told him I wanted an appointment. He told me that I need to call the doctor. I told him what is the number of the doctor and he told me "idk" and hanged up. Absolutely useless and the comments are right this is a disgrace
Excellent place, I was a patient myself in 2017. All psychiatrist are intelligent and talented. A lots of activities to occupy yourself. Highly recommend. I am talking from patient prospective don't listen to all this other reviews, absolutely unfair judgements!!!
One star is one too many to award this poor excuse of a place. Not only was my family member able to harm herself in their care but was also asked to leave the premises with no medication. Reported missing to the police and wrong discription was given i had to confirm as i was on the phone to my family member when she was found. Staff are rude and arrogant and not very helpful. These people need to go back to college/university and actually learn the role there suppose to be doing.
This hospital has very bad communication between patients and family. They do not have a care in the world. They have no compassion and only there for the wages. My family member had his things stolen whilst sleeping and no changing of bed sheets. Absolutely appaulling zero ratings
If could leave zero rating I would. I had to sleep on floor in meeting room once with just white thin bed sheet over me. Staff more interested in gossip than their jobs or caring. Don't know if Dr Manns is still there but I don't know how he could maintain his integrity as a good medic woking here. Disgusting place. No better than cockroach ridden St Clements.
I think the staff is very ignorant and don’t care about the patients or the patients family they have no consideration the patients are not well there not criminals in prison thay need caring for not insulted and that they need to be able to see family they won’t let me book a visit to see my daughter they keep saying there fully booked my daughter is ringing me to come and visit her it’s making her worse and I feel very upset I can’t see my daughter
First I was missing apparently then I was locked in the nuthouse, over all it was pretty good, would highly recommend to all extreme sportsmen and women out there! One off the list anyway Go missing and then insane:
Said on the phone that they can’t help - number they gave me - didn’t work ! Horrible especially it’s for people / humans who actually need help big time !
