Haven't been in that park for ages. I was surprised to find the cafe open. excellent  service,  tasty food, very good offers. and we've enjoyed a bit of a sunshine on top.

Great place to relax with great tasting coffee and food. The lakeside setting and the wildlife combined with the great staff at the tower cafe all add up to a memorable experience.

Great variety of yummy real Italian pizza, panini, coffees and cakes. Excellent meal deals, veggie and GF options, very good value, and beautiful location by the lake in Leazes park. Very clean and well kept toilets and baby changing facilities. Run by lovely and friendly couple. Not to be missed when in toon!! 5 stars

Small family run cafe that sells pizzas and sandwiches big enough to fill you up!  We went with the kids (aged 5 and 9).  They enjoyed looking at the art on the wall and the owner sat and taught them how to play chess.  Amazing service.  We will definitely be back.
