Offered to deliver, then made excuses why they couldn't that day even tho they new we needed them for sat morning, So asked for Saturday and they said we don't have a van on Saturday. So I went to collect, and the van was parked outside there premises when I collected, They loaded my car, got them out in the morning to use and the they put the wrong tiles in my vehicle, so had to take them back as they said they don't have a van on Saturday  so 1 star from us giving a half arsed apologie.  And 3 trips to there shop, Al because they couldn't deliver on something they offed.

Brilliant customer service. Nothing too much trouble and Dan in sales was excellent. I made several visits and he was so patient and lifted quite a few heavy tile samples into the car so I could choose. I ordered today and very happy to recommend this company to anyone as fussy as me! Thank you!
