Lovely Sunday dinner mixing Indian with British style cooking. Was very tasty, service was fantastic very helpful with helping me warm up our baby milk. Great interior and clean pub/ restaurant. Would definitely go again.
Sunday roasts are certainly novel Indian spin and pretty good but could do with a little finesse. Nice that brisket is offered but wasn't as tender as one would hope for brisket. Roast potatoes could be more crisp. However, sticky toffee pudding is very light and naturally there are loads of delicious beers on offer. We'll give it another go.
Had the chicken tikka and was cooked really nice. It would have been better with a bit of heat but the chilli sauce they gave us was good. Find it annoying it’s chicken tikka with nothing and you have to order breads or whatever you want with it as extras.
Can't fault this place. Great atmosphere, staff are so welcoming and attentive despite it being so popular and food is reasonable and amazing.nnKirkstall brewery owned so great beers, but also good cocktails, wine selection and spirits. Popular so booking highly recommended and welcome to families, groups, couples, dog owners, basically anyone.nnFood served until 9pm Indian street food is consistent and high quality. Been several times, never had a bad meal and attracts nice people.
The food was good. We had a gluten allergy on one order and the server brought everything out on the same tray and that is dangerous. Anyone who works in the hospitality industry would know this. She didn't put any of our food in front of us, she put it all on the other side of the table so we had to reach over the menus and drinks to get our food, it was just strange. The music was too loud for the time of day and it wasn't enjoyable but we did enjoy the food. Feeling lucky to not have had an allergic reaction probably wouldn't return as the staff looked miserable.
