I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Three Swans Hotel in Market Harborough, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly service. The room I stayed in was lovely—spacious, beautifully decorated, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. Every detail had clearly been thought of to ensure a comfortable stay.nnOne of the highlights was the breakfast—it was simply amazing. There was a fantastic variety of options, all fresh and delicious, ensuring a great start to each day. The location of the hotel is also perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore the local area.nnIf you’re looking for a combination of charm, cleanliness, and excellent service, the Three Swans Hotel is the ideal place to stay. I can’t wait to visit again!
It rained, but inside it was lovely! We were eating out with friends for the evening so just had B&B. Breakfast was great apart from the fact that one young waitress was rushed off her feet - others and we only saw 3 were obviously busy elsewhere!nCongrats to the young lady. I almost felt that I should be helping her, but as it was wet a Sunday morning, I guess no-one was in a great rush. I'd certainly go back and maybe give her a hand!.
What a great find this was. The big, dog-friendly family room had plenty of space for us all and was on the ground floor next to the car park not loud even with the windows open so was super easy to get stuff in and out from the car.nnThe food in the restaurant was fantastic, best roast dinner I've had in years and reasonable given how much you get with it. Service was great, though I think they must have been understaffed in the restaurant which led to slower service than we would have expected.nnBreakfast in the morning was also great, good spread of hot and cold at the buffet and great service once again.nnI should also mention that the place itself is very nice, all well kept and clean and because the restaurant and outdoor area are set back from the high street they're quiet and perfect for kids, as well as adults watching the football on the huge outdoor screen. Would stay again for sure if we're ever back in the area.
Celebrated our 50th Anniversary here.nStaff really attentive. Food excellent.nSales Manager Chantal took care of the details making a really memorable evening. All our guests enjoyed the setting and food and wine.nWould recommend.
I've stayed here on two separate occasions once for a wedding and we used the function space in the hotel for the reception. The food was excellent as was the service and we were in the new part of the hotel which has air conditioned rooms. The second time I stayed was for business and it was during a weekend where the weather was quite hot, this time however I was in the old part of the hotel which didn't have air conditioning. Some of the rooms were unbearably hot and the fans provided were unable to make the room more comfortable. Drinks prices in the hotel are reasonable however there are many restaurants and bars in the area that offer a wider selection. We didn't eat at the hotel other than breakfast which was generally good for a buffet style breakfast however there were a few things missing that I would have liked to have seen such as black pudding or hash browns.
