Perfectly perfect for a stay in Market Harborough as you are the center of the town. Eight hundred years old with fabulous bathrooms, great beds, good wifi, and some of the best food in the city. Sunday roast is a special treat. Chef brings his all with enough variety that we enjoyed at least one meal per day without boredom, over 7 days. Not breakfast people, we loved taking coffee to our room as they have a super selection of teas and coffees. If i were getting married or celebrating something, I would party at the 3 Swans in their wonderful ballroom area, privately behind the hotel. Great space for dancing or convention gathering. Wonderful team to assist from lighting to complete design. Space is open and very workable. Overall, wonderful hospitality...thank you Jean at the front desk....helping to organize and assist a needy New Yorker. Clean, fresh, happy, with that 800 year old pub feel. Five minute walk from the churches on either side. Smack dab in the middle of town. Snow covered made the visit even more romantic. I cannot wait to return. Miss that Sunday Roast and great wine selection.

Stayed for one night in a de luxe room. Overall a really good experience. Smashing room and very enjoyable dinner. Nice house champers at a fair price and good choice on the menu. Only issue was the dinning and breakfast rooms were a little cold. Could the heating be boosted? Anyway, we booked to stay again

Despite having visited this hotel numerous times I can stare without reservation that it’s getting better and better. We stayed on a room/evening meal/breakfast basis and was pleased with every part of our stay. From checking in early without fuss and made to feel welcome to unpacking in our room and enjoying the drinks and dining. The staff were very attentive and there was not a single notable fault from the entire stay. The guest services were great and the food was very good I highly recommend to beef stew with Stilton and herb dumplings!nnSo impressed we booked to return in two weeks time for my birthday and booked into another of the Coaching Inn group hotels in Warwick and can’t wait to sample their hospitality again!nnA comfortable and faultless stay!!!

We had the Deluxe Double inside the conference building, numbers in 100 range, ours 105  They have a Juliette Balcony which is nice to let lots of fresh air in.  The room is clean, with new good quality furnishings.   The plug sockets near the bed are USBA and C, so no adapter needed just your cable.  Light controls for the room beside the bed as well.  Bed is firm but comfortable, with a thin and a thick pillow which is nice to have the option.   Bathroom is large with plenty of shelf space for your toiletries.  The storage is pretty good for a few days.  2 nice chairs and a table.  Table has cards and domino's if you get playful.   Only downside was the parties taking place below.  A bit of noise creep into the room and noisy people outside.  Everything quietened down at midnight when the music stopped and a few noisy stragglers.

I love this hotel, as it is right in the centre of town and really good value too. Really handy with the icy  weather last night,  that it was so central.nnThe breakfast is lovely. The staff are really helpful and friendly.nnI was very fortunate to receive a free upgrade to a beautiful room. Thank you ever so much. A lovely surprise after a hard day at work.
