"Welcome to the Three Horseshoes in Stapleford. We are a free house 3 miles from Addenbrooke's Hospital, to the south of Cambridge. The first record of a pub on this site dates backs to 1815, however, some locals believe it pre-dates the late 1700s, making us the oldest drinking establishment in Stapleford and Shelford."

Good friendly service from staff. Food choices are brilliant with plenty of choices for vegan and those with allergies. We really enjoyed the Meze. Busy but not so busy that staff were overwhelmed. Will definitely go back.
Came recommended from the campsite and it was worth every penny. Nice and friendly staff to warm up the atmosphere, followed by cold meze and a nice selection of Greek main dishes. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we left 5 empty plates behind. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
Very attentive friendly staff and quick service. Wonderful, delicious Greek food!! Good atmosphere with candles on tables. Don't live near here, but definitely will be back. Might leave out the starter next time to leave room for dessert...did have a sorbet, yum.
Great pub in Shelford. The staff is great although they confused and switched my selected beer. All was great though, but please have in mind this place is really crowded on weekends. They also host a beer festival in April. Wheelchair accessibility: Great!
Sadly attended a funeral here today and were made to feel so welcome. Really compassionate and friendly staff. The food was excellent and service first class. I highly recommend the chocolate orange moose. Just like eating a Terry's chocolate orange.Food: 5/5

Just called in for a drink the other night, first time I've been in since the new incumbent has taken over. Very nice atmosphere, the bar staff friendly, a good choice of beers and lagers. Very popular, not tried the food yet!Service: 5/5

Great food at reasonable price. Cannot complain for the location. Staffs and landlord are very friendly. Doggies are welcome so you can see a lot of furry friends sometime. You can ask for a bowl of water for your dog here
On a visit from West Yorkshire and having visited the pub many years ago when I lived in Great Shelford, we booked a table on Saturday 22nd October and had a wonderful experience at the Three Horseshoes. The staff were first class and the young lady who served us was a delight. There was an excellent choice on the menu and the three of us ate well and left clean plates. Chris the owner was extremely pleasant and took time to chat to us about the three years we spent living in Cyprus. The meal was rounded off with Greek coffee which brought back wonderful memories of the "Island of Love". We will be back. Many thanks Chris and Co.
