The Shoes and Excellence go hand in hand. Safe, thought out and easy. Food always the same superb standard. Hospitality, personal and welcoming.
Amazing home cooked steak and ale pie with triple cooked chips. Proper food and good portions. Currently 2 for £15 so excellent value.
Just had fantastic food while enjoying the outside. Food was served In silver trays as we booked late and got outside dining. Did not take away from the flavour of the food. Highly recommend a visit....
Enjoyed Sunday lunch everything perfect except that Yorkshire pudding was slightly overdone, otherwise lovely. Also had the school cake i.e. a sponge cake topped with sprinkles plus custard, delicious. Will definitely return.
