A lovely cosy pub with period features and lots of old photos to look at.nnFabulous food. Absolutely delicious! So full of flavour and presented nicely. We had the Signature Burger, and the Hot Beef Brisket Sandwich, followed by the Mango and Passionfruit Eton Mess, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding.nnWe had booked a table in the dog friendly area and we sat in the upper section. It was quiet in this area as most people sat in the main area where there was an open fireplace.nnWe ordrered our mains and desserts at the same time at the bar along with our drinks. Ordering through the app is available too. Service was fast for our main course. It took a little while for our plates to be cleared and our desserts to be served. They were definitely worth the wait though! My Eton Mess was to die for!nnIt has its own car park, with two disabled parking spaces.

Lovely place, mediocre food though. Frozen chips, overcooked dry burger.. looked nice but was not great for the price.

We really enjoyed our Christmas dinner, the staff were very friendly and courteous especially Zara, she looked after us very well. The only down side is that we were in a corner and we felt isolated. Family with naughty kids next to us. But we would definitely come back.

Amazing as always!! We come here every Christmas Eve and the staff always make it so special. Our waitress Zara was brilliant, as were Liam & the whole team! Thank you & merry Christmas!

Beautiful meal here on Sunday, all of our choices were delicious- Roast Beef, followed by Apple and Mince Pie Crumble for me.nStaff were courteous, especially Zara who was lovely and friendly very informative about menu choices, happy to get more gravy, and just made the whole experience more enjoyable.
