Disappointed!! With the food not much to choose from on the menu and no Vegetables unless you have it as a side or like it purified On the plus side the Kids menu was great and well laid out. The bonus was kids eat free on a Saturday between 12-5 Lovely place, beautiful on a warm day to sit outside and watch the world go by, I can imagine it's cozy around the in the cooler months but that's about it not sure I will be back in a hurry, which is a shame as we used to really enjoy eating at The Thatch.
Very good food, excellent service, and such a nice place, must visit if you are nearby or passing by.
Lovely cosy pub with lots of period features. Managed to get prime spot by the fire! Had a late breakfast, mine being a delicious vegan option. Staff very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! Dog friendly.
Stumbled across this pub on the way to Wales and very glad that we did! Has won multiple TripAdvisor awards over the last 6 years and I can see why! The food was reasonable, tasty and fresh. Definitely worth checking out!
Proper ye olde looking place, top quality food, I did have to make a joke of the baby slug in my rocket. Like the salad, it was washed! That, in several visits was a slight down side, but it didn't eat much! Well worth a visit even so!

Lovely looking building, lots of rooms and zones, nice tall ceilings, friendly staff and lovely food I'd recommend the Lamb Henry over the Lamb dinner on a Sunday though!
Wonderful Chocolate Box pub. Delicious food, large choice of starters, mains and desserts. Plenty of parking front and back and room for parties etc.
Amazing food beautiful surroundings. Lovely little beer garden outside. Staff were great. Place has quite a bit of history too! Even pleased the mother-in-law! We WILL back **Update** The mother-in-law insisted we went again and I'm really glad we did. Both food and service were excellent. This will be our go to restaurant when we're in the area! This place should be known further afield maybe it is and I'm a neanderthal.
Traditional style pub with home cooking. Great service. Good stop off while driving in the area.
