Cannot fault it one bit! Food was incredible, the general appearence was amazing and the staff were attentive, coming over to offer a new drink after finishing one. The food was perfect and well worth every penny which was very reasonable itself. All in all, living round the corner and this being the first time going. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Italian food.
I was the Celebrant for a wedding blessing ceremony last Saturday at The Terrace Restaurant in Hayle, and it's a Brilliant Venue!! Beautiful estuary location, relaxed atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, a bar, a versatile restaurant set up, lovely food and really ... it was just perfect! Thank you Dan and all the girls for a wonderful afternoon
Lovely little find and their specials were amazing. I had the lamb and my partner had the hake, tasted amazing and so fresh. If were ever back in Hayle we'll visit again for sure!Food: 5/5
We had Sirloin steak and the Terrace Burger, Chocolate fudge cake + 2 white wine spritzer with soda last night at the Terrace. Service was very slow, we were waiting for 20 minutes for drinks and another 40 for meals. Top of that to charge £12 for 2 spritzer that is 2x250ml wine price a bit disappointing as we've ordered 2×175ml top up with soda...... Food was delicious but I do not think we will back again.
Such a lovely dinner. We ordered squid as starter , carbonara pasta , the terrace burger. The service was very attentive and spot on . We had wine a pinot grigio rose . Nice and dry rose wine . Lovely atmosphere very. Must ho is you around in St Ives.
Was feeling hungry in the mood for pizza so was looking online and saw this place called in staff seems very friendly on Phone which was nice as I have phone anxiety got told my food was 5-10 minutes which very reasonable got there and waited a minute and a half which didn’t bother me about time I got my pizza it was hot and definitely cooked. 100% recommend even if it’s a takeaway very nice pizza definitely enjoyed
We came to The Terrace on 23.02.2023 and we had the best evening. All staff members were polite, welcoming and accommodating and added to the evening. We had a fantastic evening, the food was lovely, and staff were brilliant!!
Very tasty food!! Their funghi dolcelatte was a standout as my whole family liked it even though none of us like mushrooms. The pizzas were generously topped and tasted like a warm hug. They were very busy but we didn't have a long wait for the food. However, the cheesecake was a little disappointing. It was a very small portion considering the price £6.50 and didn't taste like a proper New York style cheesecake but it still tasted good.
Well we expected it to be nice, but it was extremely good. The team working the tables were all fantastic, polite and worked hard with a full restaurant. Service was a little slower than some may like but if you want fast food chucked out with no thought for what was plated up, go to USA chicken! Don’t get me wrong, you can’t knock a greasy USA chicken from time to time but if that’s what you’re after this is not the place for you! I had the Hake on special and the food was perfect. My wife had a burger that was clearly made there and was full of flavour and fresh ingredients. Loved it so much we’re booked in for next week! Great atmosphere, fantastic food, absolutely give it a go!
Had the most amazing meal here over our half term break. Could not fault it. Great food, atmosphere and staff. Highly recommend.
