Great staff, so helpful from the moment we arrived. They also let us have the room for an extra 2 hours past checkout time free of charge so we could recover from a late night. All hotels should learn from them, helpfulness does not come as standard in so many places. Thank you for a great stay.

Terrace helped my friend host a charity pub quiz. My friend was raising money for a cancer centre and the hotel was absolutely wonderful. They had a brilliant space for us to use and helped set up everything well in advance of the event. The people attending the quiz were able to avail of the bar services and the drinks were reasonably priced. The event went really well thanks to the helpful and friendly staff in the terrace hotel.

Slow service, with cold deep fried food; just really bad. Sat down to the meal at 13:30. Got our main course served at 15:20.
