Why allow people to shop from 6am if the hills don't open until 7

Great place to shop and staff were really nice

Without exception every member of staff I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful- it’s a pleasure to shop in our local Ilminster store!

Only problem is struggle to find staff when can't reach something or need to check a price but always extremely helpful and friendly when I finally do ..

Friendly staff, generally efficient, but terrible, deafening musak.  Every member of staff I have spoken to has complained about it. unnecessary and unpleasant.

The new recycling bags on the veg. I found they recycled before I got to the checkout. I was told by the cashier you can only put 2 potatoes in one bag, I had 3. I never saw any notice telling me this. I have no problem with the store or trying to make it environmental free. It's my 3 crossing with the same cashier. Everyone else is normal helpful

Possibly the most dishonest Tesco store in the country everything in the store seems to priced displayed or advertised in a misleading manner on every occasion I visited this store the price at the till did not match the price displayed, the staff seem to be aware of these deliberate deceptions as there are more ready to correct the problem with the price if challenged however the unwary are are effectively conned avoid this store if you can and if not check the price of everything. Very disappointed Tesco as a group allow this store to continue with these dishonest practices.

Staff are amazing  The one thing I hate is that they run out of stock of things all the time.  Tesco is the worst shop out there when it comes to variety of stock and prices. Ilminster needs another major supermarket CoOp doesn't count

I wanted to know if a particular product was available. Google provided several dead end tel numbers. The main one for Tesco HQ just says they cannot say if a product is available - please visit the store.. I live 7 miles away so won't. The automation of Customer Service.....

Exceptional staff, obviously recruited by experienced HR people. Of all Tesco visited, the Ilminster store is best. Yeovil and Taunton are also excellent, well managed, well staffed and well stocked stores.
