I love this shop! I have purchased lots of my teas from my ever expanding tea collection from here. The staff kindly helped us find a pot of coffee when we were unsure of what to get, we aren’t coffee drinkers but needed to get some for visitors! Such a huge variety of teas, and loose leaf, I love it - even if my purse doesn’t.
I like to taste the coffee not the water. Coffee in mug is not coffee to me. I purchased the Mexican guest coffee, but had to return it. Tasteless in a mug too much water, cup was better. Disappointed! I hope the Colombian regular and supremo I purchased live up to expectations.
The Best Coffee! Moved to London years ago and Tea Junction is still my number one place for coffee. Taste is fantastic, they always post it quickly and packed really well. We love them!

I love this shop. It is an essential stop off on my 500 mile round trip to Norwich although I am looking forward to the new website and tea by post. There are so many interesting teas and something for everyone. Norfolk Blend is my daily standard. I have just opened and brewed Chocolate Cream Truffle Tea. Yummy yummy yummy. The smell is divine. You can experience chocolate without the calories. We know who the big tea retailers are on the High Street but it's really important to support small local businesses so give it a go.
This is a lovely establishment! We shopped here before lockdowns began, as they had a wide range of products and knowledge. We continued to shop online here when we couldn't get to store. Online ordering was easy but if I needed assistance, which I did one time, I called the store and they responded. Very helpful and friendly and love all the variety. Highly recommended
Love this place. Often go here for some great coffee beans of which they have a marvellous selection. Sometime stop and have cup of coffee and a piece pf cake. All delicious. Well worth a visit.
Amazing tea with amazing service! The guys here are are really helpful and can taylor your tea to what you like. The tea is fresh and beautiful. I highly recommend anyone who loves fresh tea and coffee to shop here!
I absolutely love this place and the range of delicious coffees they have on offer. I recently purchased a raspberry ripple coffee and wow! It’s so good! The staff are always so lovely and welcoming and it’s service with a smile. Support this local business,you won’t be disappointed.
Brilliant. I love this store. Many a flavoured coffee kept me awake when I was studying at college and I remember a friend looking after my coffee in the boot of her car and when we opened it the smell of orange flavoured coffee was heavenly. The Tea Junction customer service was absolutely fantastic throughout the Covid-19 lockdown. The store was closed so I sent in an online order via their website. The order arrived on my doorstep the very next day. It was such a wonderful service and their Gourmet Flavoured coffees provided a much loved treat at at time when we couldn't leave the house. I tended to prefer the nuttier flavours. My favourites have been 'Totally Nuts' and 'French Vanilla'.
