Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Fantastic, varied food-very reasonably priced. Good selection of lagers, several craft ales. Variety of wines to suit most tastes. Garden to the rear- a sun trap during the afternoon- street seating also available. Well worth a visit.
Fantastic place to visit, the service was excellent and the breakfast we had was first class , I would definitely recommend and visit again , thankyou all at the Taproom very much
Had drinks here. Noticed super dog friendly, can bring your pets in, good selection of food and drinks, friendly staffs, relaxed environment.
WOW, did last minute booking for a belated birthday lunch with a good friend. Another friend had highly recommended here to me. Amanda, the Owner, could not have made our visit any better, as welcomed us on arrival, had reserved lovely table for us and then the food, drinks, atmosphere and service were "absolutely fabulous" to quote Patsy!! I cannot recommended this wonderful place enough and look forward to returning again and again and ......... well done Amanda and your great team
Fantastic atmosphere, really friendly staff and excellent service the cocktails are amazing!
Returned after along time. Nice atmosphere with the background music not intrusive. Good food well priced and lovely red wine. Will come back again.
Great cafe for a Sunday lunchtime meal with friends and dogs! Good range of snacks, sandwiches and meals with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Not too crowded. Plenty of sofas and seating to relax.
Had an early light meal prior to going elsewhere later. I had the salmon with cream cheese and avo on a bagel and it was absolutely delicious. Much better than I anticipated. My guest had a cheese toastie on seeded white bread which she thoroughly enjoyed. A glass of suitably chilled Sauv Blanc topped off a most enjoyable hour. Will return with no doubt.
I have to say the Guinness in The Taproom is the best pint of Guinness I’ve tasted outside of London I’ve never been to Dublin but that’s how I can imagine it tastes over there
Had a great meal here. Brilliant service even with the eat out to help out making it busy. We were warned that the food might take 40 minutes but we got it within 40 minutes anyway. Chips were especially brilliant
