Lovely food. Coped well with gluten free requirements. Had a good range of Sunday lunch choices. The staff were very attentive and we were very well looked after. Not a cheap place to eat though

Beautiful hotel, stunning rooms and hospitality. A visit is a must, even if only for a wander through the courtyard to admire the building exterior. We will be back again!

The service and staff were very good, very friendly, polite, most helpful and courteous. Sadly the food was very over priced for what was served. One meal was inedible and the other barely warm. They did take it back to the kitchen but only the plate came back hot, the food remained the same. 
Very disappointing meal but couldn't fault the service of the floor staff or front of house.

We visited the Tap Room in the Swan. Newly refurbished and well done too. Great range of beers. We didn't try the food but what they brought out for others looked good.

So sad, I had based my entire birthday weekend on the ability to have a meal here but when we had our meal, it was very poorly done. The dishes swung from massively over seasoned to completely tasteless. In addition to this, they knew when I booked that this was a special occasion but no little birthday treat was offered. Thank goodness The Swan was the only bad thing about my otherwise fabulous weekend!
