Fantastic pub with extremely high quality food, drinks witn great staff and atmosphere too. One of my favourite places to eat.
Amazing food. Normally lovely ales. Friendly service if a little distracted. Waitress occasionally spends a lot of time chatting on the kitchen when all you want is the bill... Or to order a fabulous ginger pudding.

Very good food, with attentive friendly service. Nice relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating and a few arm chairs by the fire. We were in for lunch but main menu was available, with a few specials, plus a sandwich menu. Pub tries to use local suppliers were ever possible, and the quality of it shows.
Excellent pub restaurant. Location sympathetically laid out to accommodate Covid restrictions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very good menu drawing on local produce and complements to the chefs. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
