Herd for family wedding nr and a lovely place to stop .nWith our 86-year-old Mum in law .nPerfect place, just a few stairs for her to usennWonderful friendly staff,very staff and very helpful. Rooms are lovely, clean and modern, all en suite.nWe only had breakfast, but wow ,we all chose full English, which includes fried bread,black pud ,hash brown, and cereal before if you wish .nOnly thing to watch out for is there's no carpark but a few spaces on road outside.nTownvis lovely with a few quirky shops and lots of pubs and restaurants to try.nThankyou to all the staff.nWell worth a visit and we'll be back for a weekend.
Came in here for a dinner with our friends and it was a lovely experience and evening.nThe building itself is historically amazing and traditional and warmly decorated too to a high standard. Toilets were spotlessly clean and what a lovely hotel, pub and restaurant.nThe staff were very friendly and welcoming and our drinks were on our table very shortly after we all sat down.nWe ordered two rounds of the Cod and chips and these looked so delicious and the portions were amazing, wow!nnThe other two meals were the Steak and Guinness pie and chips. These were totally delicious, one with fresh garden peas and mine had to have mushy peas...yummy!nTo finish off our meals, we had amazingly delicious puddings too....nThese were the Lemon cheesecake, Syrup Sponge with custard and an Apple Crumble with custard...wow!nnThanks Alfie for such great service and thanks to the other staff too...nnBeautiful setting on the river Severn side and beautiful Upton upon Severn too.nDefinitely recommend The Swan Hotel and do visit Upton upon Severn as well. Such a lovely, beautiful town and a selection of great shops too!
Had a lovely breakfast on Saturday. Great service. Eggs benedict cook fresh. Looking for to Oli and team to open in the week as well as the weekend after xmas. Definitely recommend.
The Swan hotel is a wonderful pub. The food is fantastic. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable especially Ollie and Debbie.
