Annie and her hubby are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much for them. Clean comfortable bedroom and a lovely quiet spot with easy access to the beach. Lovely home cooked breakfast done to your own liking. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area

I stayed here with my daughters for easter and we really enjoyed it.The room was lovely for us and spotlessly clean. Anne and her husband were friendly and made us feel welcome nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was great we all enjoyed it and didnt feel rushed at all even though we had a lay in and left breakfast till the last minuite.Milo the dog is also adorable.I would certainly recommend this b and b to others and hope to stay again in the future.

My sister in law along with myself and teenage niece and nephew stayed here for 1 night in July. Providing you are happy to relax the location is good with a nice sandy beach directly opposite the B&B, however if you are looking for entertainment then I would recommend you search elsewhere as even if you drive the 10 minutes into Mablethorpe most places are shut which is crazy considering its high season and the school summer holidays. We had a family room which had 2 single beds and a double bed along with a large bathroom. The beds were very comfy and the room clean if a little dated in style. We found the size of the room accommodated us nicely and was fine for 1 night although I think for any longer we would have become fed up waiting for each other taking turns in the shower and using the toilet etc. There was a good choice for breakfast - cereals, fruit, toast and a full English cooked to order. Breakfast was eaten in the main lounge area which we were a little unsure of entering at first as we did not want to intrude on the hosts personal areas. It would have been helpful if on arrival we had been told which areas we were welcome to use as the garden looked lovely too and I am sure we would have enjoyed sitting outside. Overall a comfy clean base for our stay.
