Was ranted at by a Swain lorry driver last week who was too thick to realise what give way lines are and that you give way to traffic on a roundabout that is coming from your right! I indicated to show exactly where I was going but his arrogance obviously took over. Complained to the company and had everything on dashcam. Was told it would be looked in to and they would get back to me. One week later and nothing!
Witnessed very poor driving by one of your trucks on the m25 earlier. He was driving erratically under taking cutting in etc. We manoeuvred to middle lane to overtake him mid way past him he Started indicating to pull out. Instead of just waiting till we past we don’t have a hugely fast car! he opened the window and started gestulating for us to hurry up. This was in the bad weather also. Really poor dangerous driving.
A very good company. I especially recommend the new driver. The company provides training. The management is understanding and always goes with their driver. You can count on them and come with any problem and for sure do not send back or ignore it. I know it because I work here.
These guys can get anything transported. With helpful office staff and plenty of storage space nothing is to big or to small. Fantastic professional helpful drivers that take pride from the moment they collect your goods right through to the safe delivery
Had a lorry driver bang on the window of my wife's car whilst the children were inside at traffic lights and was insulting her, contacted the company but never heard nothing back not even an apology, disgraceful company who didn't want to know! Should of contacted the police but I like to give people a chance, next time the police will bw contacted immediately!!
