we were planning to go to the Wetherspoons but decided to try the sun instead. so pleased we did our food was excellent! lovely decor, staff were really nice and friendly accept the man I think he was the manager he seems grumpy. our waitress was very good. over all good experience will definitely come back.
Very quiet perfect for us. Booked a table for 12 noon but found wen we got their it opened at 12 so we was stuck outside, no signage to say know one told us when we booked. They finally opened about 12:07 without any apology when we mentioned it.

Very Covid friendly bar. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Just stopped in for a drink but will definitely be coming back again
Nice tidy place, didn't eat there but the food looked and smelled lovely. Freshly cooked spit-roast chicken on offer. Good selection of drinks on draught.
Hats off to the staff. Well organised during these difficult times. Food was nice as usual and once allowed will be back again
Limited lunch menu at present but food excellent as always. Went with small group and ate well. Scampi, burgers, garlic bread, fries and salad. Yum!
