Very disappointed that when I asked if they had lactose free milk as I would have liked a pot of tea, I was told no! 
Meals aren't what they used to be either.
Brewer's from now on for us as they cater for lactose intolerant people.

I've found the food here has gone down hill in the last couple of years. The only thing I miss is the salad bar and that has had its issues,  gone soft tomato or not ripe or lettuce going brown. 
Shame as we used to go here most months.

Disappointed with the meals. Didnt feel it was value for money or the best quality on the 4 different meals chosen by my family.  Have visited The Summerhill for over 20 years, but would not return if that's current standard.
