Stayed here SO many times. Both the Summer House and the Old Dairy are excellent bases for exploring Suffolk. Accommodation is comfortable and clean. Short walk to local pubs and the Maltings. The potholed road in is OK by car but not really suited to riding a bike.Rooms: 4/5

Thanks very much Very pleasing  very enjoyable very relaxing. High standard In kitchen bedrooms bathroom and also second toilet.on a farm site  very quiet would definitely going again and staying longer. Many thanks to Miranda.my daughter and Mark Jones were very impressed.  Margaret COGLIN

The only criticism was the lack of a blind in the hall outside my bedroom door.Otherwise a lovely clean, quiet location very central for the Suffolk coast.
