I came in this afternoon with my daughter after being turned away by another hair dressers in Rotherham centre. I approached and was spoken to by a man who said not a problem and he asked a lady to come and cut my daughters hair and she did an absolute marvelous job. We will be returning here in future. We was made to feel very welcome. They didn't even mind my mum sitting and waiting for me and my daughter. Thank you so so much. 5 stars.

Fabulous salon , been coming here for over 20 years. Paul and his staff make you feel very welcome and are great hairdressers.
Appalling disgraceful customer service. Slagged me off to my friend a customer that I brought to him and he should have appreciated this. And was extremely nasty and rude to me whilst doing my hair. Telling me I should slap on some cheap bleach all because I said benidorm was cheap and cheerful and apparently this was a huge insult to him as he goes to gay pride in benidorm. Nasty temper and disgusting way to treat a customer
