The place has been totally renovated and I must say it’s amazing! It’s super clean and the ambience here is perfect! Every one of the staff here are super polite and helpful. It’s one of those rare instances where I feel really looked after. The burgers here are so good I consider it the best in London along with the loaded fries! One plate is enough for two people! I almost couldn’t finish my burger due to the fact I had a whole plate of loaded fries to myself. Totally recommend to this anyone looking for a nice meal and drinks! It’s just perfect! If other restaurants in South Harrow got this sort of investment and management, no doubt South Harrow will be a leader as one of the best Food Towns in the World with potential to attract Michelin Star Ratings.

Came into The Star tonight for a meal and a cocktail. Lovely pub, clean and comfortable, helpful staff and good atmosphere. Would like to come back and try the quiz and Sunday lunch. Nice to have a traditional such as this, as so many have disappeared. Keep up the good work!

I came here on Monday afternoon. One of the few pubs where to find a good pint of Moretti! Food portions are good also. Snookers and darts available, with lot of seating space. There are also some comfortable sofas where to sit
Good food. Good music. Bit empty though and one of the bar staff hated me.
We've visited for food and drinks twice now, since the re-fit, and the new owners have done a good job. The character of the pub has remained but they've now got a really good menu and vibe which really made our visits great. 'Wing Wednesday' is worth a go and we can't wait to try out the 'Bottoms Up Brunch' and the quiz night with friends soon!
