Second time attending for surgery. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Really felt looked after, considering the worry that most patients go through when about to have surgery, I felt at ease with the staff and I had full trust in the team who carried out the operation.nnFeeding plan was smooth, transition from surgery back to the ward was brilliant and the care delivered was amazing. Everyone was so considerate and helpful. The Coleman ward staff genuinely made my stay welcoming. Albeit I was out the same day due to no complications and my determination to get out of bed and crutch about which was a shock to the staff. They helped me and looked after me. The patients on the ward also seemed pretty happy which is a credit to the doctors and nurses on that ward.nnThank you NHS team. Sorry I didn't catch all of your names.
