Welcome to Southampton's first and only Fringe Theatre...

Situated in the Heart of Southampton’s Cultural Quarter, The Stage Door has opened it's doors to provide top quality entertainment including Jason Manford's comedy clubs, musical theatre, burlesque, cabaret, children's productiuons and much more besides.

Bringing quality events to the city centre up to 7 nights a week, The Stage Door frequently plays host to quality local emerging talent as well as nationally and internationally acclaimed entertainers, offering great value to everyone from 7 to 107!

Accompanying the theatre, The Stage Door offers its customers fantastic food and the finest range of Craft Beers in the whole of the city. It has the welcoming, relaxed Bohemian feel that is hard to find in the hustle & bustle of city centre life.

If you’re looking to hire The Stage Door for your show, workshop, corporate event, party or wedding please get in touch. Our theatre can seat 100 audience members, but is also a flexible space to accommodate tables and chairs if required. We offer first class technical and dressing room facilities.
