Wow, having had breakfast and lunch had to try evening dining...... and was not disappointed ! The food is is beautifully presented, well cooked, with great flavour combinations. We officially have a decent restaurant and bar in Stafford! Looks like a good cocktail menu as well, but it's Wednesday. Definitely be back. Had a good chat with the head chef as we had view of the open kitchen. Highlight BBQ beef tartare, Chicken with Smoked egg yolk! We shared and all really nice. Service on point too. Happy

Fabulous!!! So happy to have a place that serves fantastic food. We had the Sunday menu and it was amazing. The chef took time to come and explain our meals, the staff were very attentive and helpful and we felt very welcome. Let this be the start of something permanent and let's hope the consistency sticks. Thanks guys it was fabulous we will definitely be returning for the a la carte menu and cocktails.

Absolutely incredible food. Had to leave a review because I was blown away by the care and consideration taken by the kitchen. I don't go out to eat much due to allergies and hate being a pain but the kitchen staff went above and beyond to accomodate my awkwardness. It was really appreciated and the whole evening was enjoyable purely because of extra care taken. That being said, the waiting staff were clearly being carried by kitchen.

Excellent food, friendly staff, great choice of wines, and lovely surroundings. Get a booking while you can - I wouldn't be surprised if they get Stafford's first Michelin star in the near future.

We went for evening dinner and ordered drinks, starters and mains the food I have to say was delicious. The quality was beautiful but the service was diabolical!!!! The management have no customer skills or people management whatsoever! As beautiful as the starters were we politely complained about the mains as the quantity of food for the price was embarrassing!!! £30.00 fillet steak for 4 small pieces and a tiny bit of veg I felt was unacceptable. £16 belly pork for a piece the size a postage stamp was not acceptable and dissaooointing. So we polietly said we did not enjoy the food. After paying for our starters and a bottle of wine for a £70 total bill we were confronted by the bouncers to leave the premises immediately!!! We were threatened by the management that if we did not leave the police would be called!!! I have never in my life even as a current restaurant manager, ever experienced such upsetting and embarrassing behaviour! We were forced to finish out drinks and leave the premises immediately! If this is how they treat their customers they won't last 5 minutes!!! I deffinatly would not recommend and certainly will not be returning! The worst experience EVER!!!

Just went for coffee and loved the place. The decor and ambiance is wonderful. Wait staff were lovely. Will definitely be going back for food very soon.

Had breakfast there, my gin cured salmon, egg and muffin didn't really work, muffin was undercooked, salmon was fridge cold, and it didn't seem to work as a whole. My partner had the rosti, which was OK, but nothing special.
