They weren't joking when it said Large fish and chips on menu. I had a massive portion of delicious fish with crispy batter served with proper chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce. So delicious. Menu very extensive and all meals being served looked delightful. Service was prompt and cheerful. Highly recommend a visit
What a real delight it was. Atmophere lovely and friendly. I think it was the lady in charge who attended our family. Service was very good and attentive to detail. All the dishes were thoroughly enjoyed. Well done the Eagle. We will be back soon I hope. All the very best. Syd Green.
Was made to feel like an unwanted guest by the staff, had to question bill which turned out to have £20 plus pounds for no reason added to it. Good job I noticed i won't be going back anytime soon
Lovely friendly pub which serves great food and has great service. Very impressed.
Most enjoyable afternoon. Food ,drinks good. Staff most helpfull. Will recommend to family and friends.
Had the tandoori half chicken and others had the sunday roast. Good size portions and beef was fantastic. Melt in the mouth. Had to adapt menu for one and nothing was too much trouble. Good service and a nice place.
Great food, lovely staff, great atmosphere! Definitely recommend.
Nice pub, great garden out back could have done with a few more heaters but in general good! Food was nice too.
