I couldn’t sing ‘the sports injury clinic’s’ praises more! All pain I had in my hand, neck, back, shoulder and leg; has completely been diagnosed and fixed! I thought it was pain I would have to live with forever and the people here fixed it all! So many nice things to say about this place and so pleased with the service!

After spending £1000, over 21 hours therapy time and 3 months of increased pain visiting this clinic has to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. The 2 practitioners that saw me were inexperienced and couldn't suggest anything other than the traditional 'by the book' methodology, which was fine initially, however it was soon clear to myself that the treatment route provided was not working. After the first 6 sessions on manual treatment, my acute neck pain worsened to neurological nerve pain spreading from my Cervical spine into my arm. They suggested a 'last resort' Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) treatment method. After paying £750 for 15 sessions (Advised) this had no change and they had no answers to why this can occur apart from 'some people do not respond to these treatment methods'. In a couple of these treatments the machine was set too tight and resulted in pain in a different areas of my neck in which i had previously had no problem. I repeatedly asked if I could be provided with an official document summarising both the manual therapy and IDD therapy treatments for future reference after ending my time at this clinic. They said yes but weeks later I still have not received any document. Disappointing. For a private practise that I have had over £1000 worth of 'treatment', this is utterly shambolic and you'd have to pay me to walk through that door again. They have worsened my condition, quality of life and left me without a clear route for help. I would advise people to stay away from this clinic unless they have a simplified muscular injury that can be easily resolved. This review cannot come as a surprise to those involved and I have no joy in writing this but these experienced have to be brought to light.

Have helped me stay injury free through a number of half marathons. Keep an eye out for their deals, too - they're fairly regular and worth taking up. Were very kind and flexible when I had to cancel a couple of appointments.
