The drivers are very friendly and professional  I'm disabled and they can't do enough for me when I use the buses.

There timetable is useless as the drivers don't adhere to it i.e. some drivers will speed through the bus stop earlier than the expected time. Some of the drivers are rude and lack empathy. This bus monopoly is not working and as a matter of fact promotes inefficiency of service!
