I am compelled to leave a review and I don’t do reviews very often. I moved to this surgery recently and they have been absolutely brilliant. The reception team are professional, efficient and caring and really do try their best to assist even though they are under a lot of pressure. The GPs have been fantastic, they are kind and compassionate, they listen, and I only have good things to say about my experience here. Surgeries are under immense pressure but the team here have got it right.
Can’t get through, when you do they just tell you to keep calling to give u the same answer. No appointments available and call 111 instead. Been a patient for two months and not had a single appointment even though I have numerous medical issues that require ongoing medication. Only person that called me was the dispensary guy to sort my repeat. Never spoken to a GP here ever despite numerous attempts at booking appointments. Made to feel a burden if you call. I give up now
You can never seem to get an appointment. I called at 8 and they said appointments were fully booked and to try and call at 2. I called 5 minutes to 2 and they said their appointments are fully booked. I called again at 2 on the dot and guess what… appointments were fully booked.So at what time do people get booked in if it’s already booked before the booking time?! It baffles me. I’ve been unwell for 2 weeks now and still trying to get an appointment with this GP. It’s absurd! You could die before seeing a GP with this surgery!
We went to register for the online services and the receptionists were very kind and helpful. They even called me later on that day after confirming with the doctors how to proceed with an ongoing issue.
Was sent here from a referral from my usual drs. Very polite receptionists and lovely clean spacious waiting room. Parking wasn't a problem, but could be if busy. Nurses were so kind especially as I was a rather nervous patient. Highly recommended.
I am very grateful to this GP surgery. I am new to the area and the process was easy to become a new patient all I needed to do in person was verify myself with ID and voilà. The receptionist was very polite and made the process simple. Thank you.
The reception staff you to call 8:30 or 14:00 to get appointments. If you call 8:29 there is a recording playing, the appointment lines open 8:30. If you call few seconds after, 8:30 , the recording says no more appointments available and asked to call 14:00. Then they giving you and option to dial if the appointment is urgent. Egan you dial that option, someone will speak to you and say , call back 2 pm or book online. When you trying to book online every single time, you will receive the message to say no online appointments are available. I am not saying all the receptionists, but some are very rude and no knowledge of customer care.
Rude staff. Just spoke to a women on the phone and she was blunt, rude and didn’t even try to help me when I told her I needed an appointment after a certain time, and it’s been two weeks and it was the first time I had even got through. They also don’t even let you finish what you are saying before they demand your date of birth.
I just came off the phone with a very rude receptionist. Most of them now are very very rude unlike what we had some years back. As someone who needs medical help, don't let their rudeness ruin your day
The reception staff are really lovely, very warm people. The doctors are professional and very kind. Been at some terrible GPs in my time, but this is not one of them! Highly recommend.
