Ideal for someone who has a special outfit, which they know they won't wear again.  Turned my mother of the bride outfit into a lovely cheque, which will buy some clothes that I will wear again. Lovely ladies in the shop.

Strongly recommend this shop!! My mum had been looking for a dress to wear for my wedding for months. We'd looked in every high street shop you can imagine and found nothing, and she was starting to get quite stressed and demoralised. Then someone recommended The Smart Exchange to me. Nicky and Chloe were fantastic, and there were so many dresses to choose from! I wish we had gone here first! My mum found multiple dresses she loved, and the experience was brilliant! Nicky and Chloe really put the fun back into dress shopping! We will definitely be going back!

A friend told me about The Smart Exchange, and I’m so glad she did! I was  very impressed with the helpful service I got. I was looking for an outfit to wear at my son’s wedding, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and I certainly wasn’t hurried by the friendly staff. I came to The Smart Exchange with my Mum on a recommendation to try and find her a mother of the bride dress for my wedding in October. Angie and her team were brilliant, had a fab selection of outfit options and spent loads of time with Mum helping her try on hats etc that might compliment the gorgeous dress she chose. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone who is trying to find a beautiful special occasion outfit without the big designer price tag and in a more sustainable way!

Julie helped me choose a hat to go with my Mother of the bride dress, that I didn't even have with me. But you know your stuff. The amount of compliments I had on Saturday at my Daughters Wedding was amazing. Thank you x

This dress agency is a real gem in the centre of Pershore. Beautiful clothes which have been well chosen for people who like something a little different. If you like designer names at a fraction of the original price this is the place to visit. The staff are lovely & leave you to browse but are there to help if needed with no pressure selling. Great place, extremely helpful service and lots of choice. Would be five star but they don't offer any form of refund so sadly I will not be returning as I need the reassurance of being able to change my mind!
