EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ENTERING SHOWROOM TO DELIVERY.  We ordered on Saturday 2/12 and as our own bed was collapsing we needed an immediate replacement.  Chris was our ‘personal assistant’ and as we were replacing our 4’6” for a 5’ bed Chris lent us tape to make sure it would fit and when I returned with OK to go ahead she had already checked for delivery. To cut a long story short, delivery Thursday 7/12  We cannot thank The Sleep Zone enough for their empathy to our predicament and delivery is this afternoon 7/12.  We would certainly recommend The Sleep Zone without any hesitation and will be back in the new Year for our headboard.  Every good wish to all at The Sleep Zone.

Mick is very knowledgeable, I would not go anywhere else. He kept me updated on my order and when delivery needed to be arranged was very accommodating. The delivery men were excellent on every aspect, courteous and polite. I lost count of how many times they removed their shoes.

We decided to go and look round this bed shop because we found it whilst searching online. The guy Mick who runs the shop was very obliging and knowledgeable about all the types and makes of beds which was a big help to us. He was courteous and helpful without being pushy, something that helped to sway our decision to buy. We weren’t rushed at all which again was appreciated! The bed was delivered when it was convenient for us and the guys who delivered were great! We don’t often write reviews but this company has been outstanding from start to finish and we’ve been so impressed! Nothing has been too much trouble and the after care has been great too! Great place to shop for Beds and Matresses. Really well marked out for keeping distance and very clean. Good range of Beds and Matresses, very helpful staff allowing us plenty of time and space to try several beds many times to absolutely make sure the correct rating was chosen.... Ordered and paid delivery lead time fully explained. The sales woman was so patient, kind and incredibly helpful. She knew her facts and was lovely. I apologise as I can't recall her name. Otherwise I would have given her a shout out for being so professional and knowledgeable. An asset to the business. We ordered a double divan base.  Delivered within 2 weeks.  Fantastic experience from beginning to end.  Cannot fault and would highly recommend.

We were after a particular bed and were recommended this shop by Sealey.Got great service and advice and decided to purchase a bed even though it was a bit cheaper online but as we know after sales service online is non existent and l know that any problems a local company will be more contactable than talking to a bot.Great choice ,good advice and service .
