It’s worth visiting for the deserts alone! But yes, we were offered a table immediately and it was an extremely pleasant atmosphere sitting outside. We were served quickly and the food arrived without delay. Appreciated the vegi options on the menu and the non-alcoholic cocktail selection. Recommended!
I went there last night with hubby and our daughter and loved the atmosphere and the vibe. The food was decent; however, my daughter's chicken was raw, and we had to tell the staff. They have all been very helpful and got her another fresh burger. The service was terrific. We had some nice beer as well. Perfect place to pop in just after you finish your work if you're in Canary Wharf, and that's what we did.
I had my birthday there with 4 friends. Pre ordered drinks and food were very nicely presented. The veggie mezze platter was very nice and portion was good for 5 ladies, although we are small eaters. The Aperol spritz didn’t seem strong enough as I usually find else where but my girl friends loved the place with all floral decor. We were given a nice corner sofa inside, can’t complain as it was lovely there with good music etc.
Lovely food, beautiful place. Service was good, but we had to keep trying to get their attention. We felt a little forgotten. Otherwise, it was a lovely dining experience.Food: 5/5
Awful food, me and my friend went there yesterday to have evening meal, started with aranchini balls that supposed to have truffle added but that wasnt a case also, inside was very watery so i sent it back, however they cooked it again but it was same texture, im pretty sure they were pre-made my one of the chefs but he didnt do good job on them. Calmari rings came with no lemon, had to wait until thats delivered separate. Moving on to main we had ox cheek, meat itself was lovely, mash did not had truffle like was decribed in menu as well as it was stale, like powdery mash. Wouldn't recommend, chef there really needs to step up.
When the host asked if we wanted inside or outside, I said it didn’t matter. So they sat us in a corner where no one else was sitting inside. No one came to our table for quite some time. Finally someone noticed we hadn’t been served. They took our order and brought drinks immediately. They brought the food shortly after. My skinny burger and salad were pretty good. My husband didn’t like the fish sandwich, he said the fish was thin and had mayonnaise on it not tartar sauce. He didn’t care for the fries at all. We waited around for quite some time and eventually someone came by and we asked for the check. It was a very odd experience.
Great outdoor set up and decor really lovely, overall clean and efficient, but 1 rude staff member - okay experience. £15 for 2 pints of Peroni. Arrived with no booking at 5pm but plenty of tables with reservation tags from 5:30 and 6:30. A bit of attitude from one of the wait staff trying to stop me from using any of the 20+ available seats until time. He probably needs training or could at least lose the attitude. Whilst there's no table service and you order at the bar, this was super quick and staff were efficient. Got served a beer in a dirty glass and was asked by the bar staff when returning it "Is it dirty on the inside or outside the glass?" Like why does it matter? Based on these experiences, not rushing back here though, plenty of other options along this strip.
Wow! What a wonderful find! Enjoyed a glass of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard. The service was amazing and we received a secondary glass complementary. Friendly, welcoming staff and a joyful Monday morning! Would recommend and return again for sure. Thank you!Service: 5/5
Great atmosphere and tasty food though my friend found the curry tasteless. My order fish sandwich was decent. Would definitely go again!
I ordered chicken skewer and brocoli. Chicken was very smelly. Even my colleagues were unhappy with their dishes. Not good quality or taste of the food, which is quite disappointing. We liked the Christmas decorations and atmosphere of the restaurant, though.Food: 2/5
