Phone line for the shop never picked up. You cannot leave a message either!  When you say you are open at a certain time pls try to open at that time or just after.  This is what a monopoly causes. No competition, bad customer service and inflated prices. Pretty shocking.

I came to this shop twice this year and I was so impressed with professionalism the ladies show there. They work hard and are very organized- they listen and hear you, they are calm and smile even under pressure. Just had to say thank you for all your help and hard work!

One of the worst customer service/ordering experiences ever.  Jumpers originally ordered in July and STILL not in stock staff seem pretty clueless when you call enquire and everything has to be put through the manager who’s never once been seen in the shop or in the store.  Diabolical that schools use this place at the ONLY place for uniform  I have never in my life encountered anyone who runs a business like Kathy - she can’t give a time scale on deliveries or when they will arrive. If you challenge her on monopolising being the only shop the school uniform is available from she laughs if you talk about wanting to make a complaint she says “who too”  She has jumpers but she doesn’t want my son to have one that’s not quite the right shade of red as he will be picked on because he’s “special needs”  The customer is always right unless you challenge her on how she runs her business.  I’d rather my kids had no uniform than use her business

Had to have an alteration made quickly and Sue the seamstress fitted us in within the time limit required.   Excellent service, went the extra mile for us.   Very much appreciated. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers. Money grabbing greedy people.  Tried to return a blazer today to be told that it was over 14 days. When you struggle to get an appointment for the shop. Was told today that we could have just come to the door and returned it. Maybe they should say that somewhere as you cannot just go there to buy something. Absolute disgrace. Between them and the schools it’s like dealing with a cartel.  Absolute disgrace. Rude ignorant money grabbing thieves. If I could have rated them lower I would. It’s about time someone did something about this place and the set up that schools have to only buy certain pieces of uniform from certain shops.  Absolute disgrace.

I appreciate the fact that we are in unprecedented times. However, I had an appoint for the shop and wasn't seen until 25mis after my actual appointment. After being seen too the lady's in the shop we're very helpful and friendly wasn't able to get all I wanted due to stocks being limited and it's the rush back to school. The price is expensive but the quality is good.

Absolutely appaling customer service. The fact this is the only place to get uniform is infuriating. Somewhere else needs to open because this is a money grabbing company that think they can treat customers in a completely unacceptable manner because its the only place most people can get their child's uniform from. Shame on you sewing shop!

Have come away from the shop this evening having bought and been sized up for some new school uniform and I've had the best and most positive experience! Rebecca served us and was nothing short of amazing! She's friendly, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and gave the best advice on sizing and fits. As the mum of an autistic child, the idea of facing the huge challenges that can come from entering this busy environment and all the potential worries playing on his mind with going to a new school, is a daunting one at best. Our visit had all the makings of a stressful sensory overload on paper but it was the complete opposite! Rebecca made our visit so easy and care free, the time flew by and we came away with arm fulls of clothes, extremely happy and excited for the next chapter! Thank you so much!

The staff are amazing. I have used this shop for years. The have done dress alterations, embroidery, altered blazers and suits. If they don't have a size uniform you need they will order it and always call to say it has arrived or the work is complete.
