I can see why this company has high reviews, Just scrapped a car with them, it was a really simple process and very professional, even came with a receipt to confirm scrapping and all paperwork completed, spot on couldn't have asked for more.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The process was very easy and l felt at ease when the driver collected my vehicle something which l was a little nervous about as l've not done this before but they took care of Evans within minutes the paperwork was completed and explained to me and my car was on its way. I would 100% recommend. Thank you Salvo Group, first class experience and service!
Needed to scrap my old Fiesta. Offered a better price albeit marginally than other scrap services. Arranged pick up within a couple of days. Payment came through with no issues. Driver sorted out the logbook paperwork. He and receptionist both friendly. Minimal hassle. Can't say will use again as I'm not planning on getting into the business of writing off cars, but would recommend if anyone did need to use the service.
I unfortunately had to scrap my vehicle. I was anxious about the process at first, having never having had to do this before. All my communications with Salvo were professional and efficient. Also my sound silly but the call handlers at Salvo were sympathetic when I explained why I had to scrap. The driver arrived on time. Also, I was offered support afterwards as I did not have full log book about how to contact DVLA. I can not recommend Salvo enough. Thank you
