As locals to bushey we have a few choices for Chinese food, but we always go to Sakura. Reasonably priced, piping hot and always enjoyable.Food: 5/5
Phoned up to order for delivery and was told 40 mins waited 45 mins still no food rang back after 1 hour was told another 10 mins got to 1 hour and a half phoned back told me food should of been delivered I told them no food has been delivered not acceptable said I go somewhere else cancel order then offered me free food finally food turns up 20.36 staff member told me to pay half price i wanted all food for free never ordering from them again disappointed
Delicious food,fast and good services,was my first time orderd,I will definitely order again.
Such a shame. Last few deliveries have been good. Thought I would change to them. Tonight took 2 hours 10 mins for delivery called after an hour and told 30 min max. Called again after 1 hrs 45min and told guy had left 7-10 min drive max arrived 2 hours 10 mins after order. Turned order away as had already cancelled at restaurant. What a waste
We have used this Takeaway for many years and have never been disappointed. We have used a one other for convenience but nothing compares to Sakura. The food is full of flavour and cooked to a high standard. Highly recommended.
2nd time using Sakura takeaway and pleased again. Lovely fresh chicken balls. Had some from another takeaway in Bushey and were dry and the batter was awful. The food was hot and extremely tasty. Had the chicken balls, salt and pepper king prawns and Singapore noodles. It also arrived way before estimated. Overall, a very good experience. Would 100% recommend.
Diabolical delivery time. Waited over two hours. Rang after 1.5 hours to be told that the food had left the kitchen, phoned an hour later to be told that the lady didn’t check and the food still hadn’t left and would take a further 30-45 minutes for delivery. After two hours we did not receive our food. Awful
Absolutely horrendous NYE experience - As a regular customer I was disgusted by the chaos that we were met with having preordered for 8:30pm pick up and yet at 9:15pm there was still no sign of any food. No adults available - Only very young children Minors front of house - All the adults hid away in the kitchen. No explanation. No apology. When we asked how much longer we were told "It will be a very long time" and they were unable to give a specific time. My partner called and they left her hanging on the line for half an hour - Phone off the hook was obviously great for them as nobody could get through to complain! Dozens of other customers in the takeaway fuming as well. I will think very hard about ordering from here ever again - What a shame :-
Awesome food, very hot and right to the mark tastewise. Superb service and they were kind enough to replace my egg rice with vegetarian ones as I had forgotten to make it clear on their notes section. Well worth the money spent. They also use seperate oil to cook chips so an excellent option for vegetarians to order from !!
This is my favourite Chinese delivery in this area. They are always on time, piping hot food, free prawn crackers and a can/bottle of fizzy pop. I am a creature of habit when it comes to the food I like and I rank this delivery right up there with other relevant comparisons. The sweet and sour chicken balls are always cooked perfectly = no rubbery or excessive grease - they are light and fluffy. Singapore noodles are really nice, if you do order the veggie option make sure that you make a comment in the ordering section or you might get the meat one, or make it clear on the phone. The ribs have a good selection or what type you want and the boyff has gone through every type and has liked them all, especially the chili ones. The chicken chow mein is standard but good. All the rices have been just as they should be and the right colour! So all in all I am releived that we have found this place as all the other ones in the local area are a bit rubbish. So far we have ordered from here 6 times in the last 3 months and have not been let down so far.
