Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Staff very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Did their shoe fitting and gait check with interesting results. So happy with the Hoka Clifton 8's I came away with. Will only buy my running trainers for them from now on. Great wee shop!!!
Absolutely fantastic service. I was a little nervous as I have never purchased a pair of proper running trainers before and didn’t know what to expect, especially during the current “Circumstances” but I instantly felt relaxed and in good hands. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly with professional social distance measures in place . I left with a perfect fitting pair of trainers that have made a huge difference to my running experience and for that I am extremely grateful.
I ALWAYS use run 4 it to do a run lab analysis and shoe fitting done every 6 months or so. I always use Bridge of Allan store and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. If you are looking for a new pair of running shoes or you are just starting out and want someone you can trust to sell you a shoe that will keep you running well then there is no better place to shop. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.
So very helpful, professional, experienced, clearly knows what runners/your feet and body needs and has knowledge of all suitable stock, of which there is such a great choice too. Thank you, top experience and love my new trainers! Also a nice drive to it and easy parking!
The staff were helpful and I was the only person in the shop, all social distancing observed. We discussed what I needed the shoes for and the staff member made some recommendations. However I had booked a run analysis appt and whilst I did get on And off the treadmill to try different trainers, there was no analysis done using the software as described on the website. They also didn’t have any size 8.5 in the shoes I tried or were recommended, I eventually tried a men’s size which fitted better and I was happy enough with to buy them. I think if you’re going specifically for run analysis you may want to say that in the beginning, which is probably what I should have done.
Run 4 It in Bridge of Allan is easily one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Mandy is exceptional at her job and really cares about the customers. After buying shoes that then did not work well with me, I was very quickly reassured by Mandy that she would help me to get back on the mend and give me another pair of shoes to try. Absolutely unbelievable customer service and a brilliant selection of products. Don’t shop elsewhere!
Appointment keeping and distancing were good. Staff were very friendly and answered questions. I read many positive reviews before booking. My first time there, so I was going by the service listed on the website for a runlab and shoe fitting. In store, there was no checking out the feet maybe that's because it would involve getting too close in pandemic. No offer of running analysis, though when I asked he said I could have one if I wanted, but didn't sound too enthusiastic and I felt that I'd be wrong to push it. One type of trainer was offered, which may have been right based on what I said I did. It is a popular trainer for trail running right enough. But it didn't feel like there was an exploration of the range of trainers that would be better suited to my broad feet and running habits. I did pick another to try, but that was me hunting to get a comparison rather than staff pointing me in the direction of a range, if that makes sense. And I tried them out on the treadmill as often as I wanted, which was handy. I'm justifying the trainers I bought by thinking that the advisor ascertained exactly what I needed very quickly and recommended only what was required, but I'm not feeling confident. I feel the shop is great if you know more about what you're looking for, and don't have awkward eg broad feet. Oh, and the price was good. I certainly wasn't being pushed to consider super techy shoes at a phenomenal price if they had any that is. Overall I think the staff were allowing me to buy running shoes in a friendly and helpful way, but I didn't feel I received a shoe fitting service or thorough analysis as per the website..
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and was provided with a number of options tailored to suit my running style. The option of trying them out on the treadmill was also a nice touch to get a feel for the trainers. Also the safety measures in place were the best I've seen at any establishment during this time. Would highly recommend!
Had a great experience here and will recommend. The shoes I ended up buying after analysis and advice felt perfect and have since been out a 7 mile run and I love them. Definitely wish I done this sooner rather that blindly buying online. Would use this service again.
