The best place to relax in the world. Warm clean rooms, cosy log fires, amazing good food, friendly staff. thirty years staying at this unique 
country hotel and it has always been first class.
A must for any visit to exmoor.

A perfect place to stay if you want a good old fashioned village pub to stay in. The room was very comfortable and the bed amazing; sort of mini four-poster. The food was also fantastic and there was a real fire going in the bar, perfect for after a days walking in the 'soft' weather.

Friendly pub in the middle of Exmoor. Had nice food here - calamari starter, and a tasty gammon steak for mains. Dog friendly inside.

A fabulous Sunday lunch. Made to feel very welcome, a lovely way to spend a birthday. A thoroughly enjoyable day. Lunch and a walk to Tarr steps.
