Staff were very pleasant. Although did get a little loud at times. 
Shower was too hot and only had one setting. When asked twice to sort this out, did not receive any further information as to how the problem was going to be fixed.

Welcoming, helpful and plesent staff.
The hotel it's self is tidy, rooms are spacious and tidy. Any problems which we had was quickly solved. 
The hotel it's self holds special  memories  as we got engaged on our  first night. 
We will be happy to return and will also recommend to family and friends

Very nice stay here will be coming back next year they make you feel very welcome the food is very nice to you have a side door to go and come in don`t after go through the pub.

Great place to go for a drink before the football game. Great staff. Good selection of drinks.
