It's a nice branch with everything you need to pay in to you account, withdraw etc. and the staff are really friendly and helpful. My only problem is they close at half 4 all week they don't stay open until a little later one day which would be helpful to be able to pop after work. They're open most of Saturday which is helpful but I work retail and therefore work Saturdays. Otherwise 5 star
Friendly staff who are helpful, maintain day to day confidentiality and are knowledgable to manage your accounts. Good social distancing etc. It is good to find what you would hope to expect from a local branch.

Grumpy staff show morale is low and the wait is often far too long to be served. Needs a revamp and needs to respect it's staff better
