Been my local surgery for ten years plus now. Have only the best to say of the place and my treatment there. My only complaint and I believe this is endemic to the NHS now, is the difficulty in obtaining a routine appointment. We're now placed on a waiting list for an appointment just wait for a call. However, I repeat, their service, level of care and the facilities themselves are very good. Thanks, M.

It's been 7 weeks since I phoned and asked for an emergency appointment. My issue was deemed not an emergancy by a male doctor regarding a female issue! I still have not heard from them with an appointment. I am told they will get back to me. WHEN??? I have phoned twice and left a message online and went to reception. I already suffer with ptsd and with the worry about my current health issue my anxiety is at breaking point. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO KEEP PHONING ASKING FOR HELP FOR SOMETHING THAT IS SERIOUS. It is unacceptable. They don't seem to care for their patients. Don't seem to care when you ring them.nSHOCKING, NEGLIGENT AND DANGEROUS.nnThis surgery used to be one of the best. What has happened??

Before christmas last year I had a health issue with my tongue just got told to go the the pharmacy but the pharmacist said I needed to see a Dr. But still refused to give me an appointment.nI'm now having the same problem with a suspected sinus infection which is getting worse and making me feel really and I have asthma and scarring on my lungs.nObviously they don't take people's health seriously and why are we paying taxes to be treated like this!

Called 2 weeks ago regarding mental health, my care plan says to be seen asap, I was put on a waiting list and have never heard back. This weekend I had to call 111 mental health who have told me I need to see a doctor first thing Monday and they will be contacting the surgery also. We will see Monday if they decide to see me, it shouldn't need me to call 111 the surgery should see all of the notes already. Sadly not the first time this has happened.
